cant access if you want to pay tax by electronic withdrawal

when i try to access i get a blank screen cant answer if yes or no

    Isnt that done right on the federal information worksheet?  So the Fed Info worksheet is blank?  

    Which software are you using?  What type of tax return are you preparing?
