Cannot send a document via E-Signatures

Hello! We bought the unlimited E-signatures package for the first time this year. I am trying to send Engagement Letters through it but its not working for random clients. I am able to upload the document but then I can't hit "Next" because its grayed out. 

Is anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hey @kiranthakkar, can you share a screenshot when you get to the point of the process that you can't hit "Next" because it's grayed out? Thanks so much.

Sure see below screenshot. The bottom right where it says "Next' is grayed out

hey @kiranthakkar so given that "Next" is grayed out, can you verify that the taxpayer & spouse email addresses are entered correctly? If the issue persists, please contact us so we can help figure out what may be stopping you from being able to send.
