Can you password protect individual files?

Does anyone know if there is a way to password protect an individual file? We would like to add passwords to our internal returns for employees and for our business so that any employee cannot access another employee's tax return. We love all of our employees, and trust them, but would prefer to limit access to them.

This article will show you how to set that up:

Setting up primary, client-level and electronic filing passwords in ProSeries

You'll need to setup the Primary password for yourself first (think of it as an Admin password that typically the firm owner sets up). Then client-level passwords can be setup for any returns you want to limit access and visibility to. Most of the data for password-protected clients shows as **** on the HomeBase (except for Client Name)

I changed mine to the following and it fits. -->**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Click "Mark as Best Answer " to mark the post that answers your question.
