Can you do Pay by refund using the state refund and not the Federal?
I have a client who owes back taxes to the IRS, so I know they are going to keep her federal refund, but she is due a refund from the state that she usually gets. Will the quick collect default to the state refund if the federal refund is kept by the IRS if I check the box under the "State Quick Collect Option"?
