Can you collect e-signature from spouse but not primary?
I have a client in my office who has signed his 8879. His spouse is at work and scheduling a time for them to also come in will be problematic. I want to send them an e-signature request, but it appears I also have to collect (and thus pay for) an e-signature from the primary, who is sitting at a desk with a pen in his hand as I write this missive. Is there a way to request a spouse e-signature without also requesting one from the primary TP?
