Question

Can we sign in offline for TY22 ? Previous years had the option to not sign in with Wifi. Work without an internet connection. I dont see the box this year.

I have been trying to access my 2020 income tax software and it keeps saying that I don't have internet access; I have 2 sources of internet access for my home office; the home line and also for my business telephone.  I am perplexed as to how I can access this software; I have had so many issues this 2023 income tax season with the ProSeries software---freezing up and having to shut down my computer and access to certain forms that I normally assess within the program!!! Any help, please!!!
