Can't access "manage standard letters" in Form 1041
I cannot access the "Manage Standard Letters" or the ""Manage Client Specific Letters" in Form 1041 platform. These menu items are greyed out.

That solved it! Thank you... that was amazing I opened the return, then accessed the State return, then closed the client from the State return (don't go back to Federal) Then re-opened the return and was able to access the letters.
