Can Proseries 25 Basic allow for electronic filing of Massachusetts estimates

I am trying to have Proseries 25 Basic have my clients 2026 Massachusetts estimated tax payment made electronicall.  It does not seem to be able to do it. Am I missing something?

Last time I looked it was easily done on Mass' website.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
