Can not print client letter

I normally go to tools and bring up client letter and then print.  This option is not highlighted.  How do i print client letter

See the 10,000 other posts on this subject.  Jump to the state and then back to the Federal.  The letter will appear.  No one knows when or if it will be fixed.

    Best way I found is to click on Print (single form) icon, select Letters, select Choose, click on Standard Client letter. Of course you must have selected and saved a State if you expect for that to be included.
