Can not find the spot to preview client checklist

I am able to click on tools and client checklist but I can not preview my client check list.  Does anyone know how to do this?  It is not exactly as the instructions.  The preview check list is not available.  I do have Proseries Professional.

When I go to Tools > Client Checklist the preview window opens, do you get a message or see a blank screen or what happens when you choose the Checklist in the menu under Tools?

All I see is batch print or batch email.  No preview checklist option

Ohhh, I think you can only preview it if you open the client file then access the checklist.
