I have had good luck with PC Mover by laplink, Last 3 upgrades it has moved over all of my programs and data easily. No reinstall or anything. Multiple years of ProSeries and several versions of QuickBooks all moved without having to look up license codes etc. Proseries might have to "license" (Open Proseries, click on "tools" tab, scroll down to "license products" ) but then its automatic.

    Yes. I would just install all PS years onto the new PC and then copy and paste the tax return files to the new PC. It's that simple.

    Hi can you please explain how you were able to copy and paste the PS files without loosing the efile status.
