can i merge returns from 2021 for 2022?
In 2020 and 2021 I did 2 people's returns in ProSeries Basis. In 2022 they got married. Can I merge their files so I don't have to rekey all the spouses details and not lose the history?

Take the client file with the most data and use that one for the joint return.
