CAN I ATTACHE LIST OF DONORS IN LIEU OF SCHEDULE B FORM 990 AND FILE ELECTRONICALLY

Can you?  Maybe.  Should you?  No.  Remember that Form 990 is open to public inspection and the rest of the world is going to wonder why you and your client can't comply with the rules.  Is there a temporary software glitch preventing you from completing Schedule B?  Report the problem, wait until it is fixed and then file.

    I have about 500 donors' info is already given to me on Excel sheet. I was trying to avoid retyping them on schedule (B). and just attaché the list. I tried but got an error message when i filed electronically. Any solution?
