Can client provide QB access through Intuit Link?

Good morning, 

Curious if client simply downloads information to show expenses through a csv file or is there a way to access the QB platform through the Intuit Link?

    Client can upload a .csv or .xlxs   

    No way to access QB platform through intuit link.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
