Can anyone explain to me what an exclamation mark or a "F" means in the EF center?

where in the EFCenter?  Which column?   

Ohhh, you mean in that tiny column with the red ! at very front of the line?   I think thats an ESign request field, did you send them an ESig request?  I dont use ESig, so I probably cant help fix it, sorry. 

Im not sure where youre seeing an F at in the EFCenter.
