Can a client with employment authorization, claim the EITC?
Hello,
Can a person with employment authorization qualify for EITC, one of his dependents is American citizen and the other one also has employment authorization?

If they were Resident Aliens for the entire year, I don't see anything in your post that would disqualify it.
But of course there are many other requirements that you haven't mentioned, so I can't say for certain if they qualify.
