Can a brother living with a sister qualify the sister as a head of household because of the fact that she owns and maintains the household?
Brother is 70 years old and is self employed while the sister is 76, owns the home and pays for its maintenance and expenses. Brother does not qualify as a dependent because he makes roughly $10,000 self employment income and another $25,000 form SSI and pension.
