I am using Proseries Professional and I can't generate form 565 California. Does Proseries support that form? Thank you.

Yes. Make sure youve chosen to install it.
Top menu bar UPDATE > SELECT AND DOWNLOAD NEW PRODUCTS
and check the CA box in the 1065 column.
