California Form 3504? How to enter it in Proseries?

Hi,

I have a client that gets a 1099-Misc for tribal member gaming payments every year. However, this year he also got a letter from the tribe regarding a California state income tax exemption for the payments along with a signed California form 3504.

So I did an entry on Schedule CA line 7. Native American income Form 3504 that subtract the payments.

Is there anything else to do? Do I attach the signed from 3504? Anyone have any personal past experience with this?

I havent run across this yet, but I see CA has a special line for it, so I think youre all good! I wouldnt attach anything, just keep a copy in case FTB ever requests it.
