California Can't File return after extension was filed
On two different clients, I e-filed their California extensions in April and made payments electronically. Now, trying to file their final returns is being blocked with the error message “Information Worksheet Electronic Filing Extension box. To e-file your extension, you must complete all items in the E-File Extension Checklist in Part XI.” I have confirmation both clients' extensions were successfully submitted in April and both electronic payments were successfully issued.
