CA for 592-B
I have a client who had prize winnings from Blue Orbit Productions. A non-resident CA State return is required and Form CA 592-B must be filed to get CA withholding back. There is an error on the ZIP CODE 'W/H Agent invalid zip code'. There is no backup withholding.
Does any CA preparer know how to resolve?
