Box 14 "Auto $9,743.76"
My client has a W2 that has box 14 with "Auto" $9,743.76 listed on there. I was reading that it's a fringe benefit and is taxable. I'm assuming that this was already taxed and is included on box 1 wages tips and other compensation, right? When I looked it up it says box 14 is for informational purposes only. I just want to make sure and see if someone on here can confirm for me 🙂 Thank you!
