BOI/PRIOR 2024
Has anyone completed the BOIR and did not check the box existing prior to 2024? I failed to do so on a company and wondering if I should do a corrected report? I'm not sure how I did this as I haven't had any llcs open in 2024.

That box just tells when you have to have report in.
A reporting company created or registered to do business before January 1, 2024, will have until January 1, 2025 to file its initial beneficial ownership information report.
A reporting company created or registered on or after January 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, will have 90 calendar days after receiving notice of the company’s creation or registration to file its initial BOI report.
Being you have already filed the report I wouldn't worry about it, but I am no expert on the subject, just my opinion
