Beneficial ownership Information for corporation that changed its name
I have a corporate client that changed its corporate name last month
The corporation has been existing for over 10 years. So, originally the BOI would not be due until 12/31.
I just wanted to make sure this doesn't fall under the 90 day rule for new corporations because of the name change
