Can PA EIT be e-filed alone while both Federal and PA are extended?

Yes...it can be.  If anything changes based on the extended returns you will need to amend the EIT though.

    Could you please let me know how to turn on the e-file PA EIT? I can't find a check box for that.

      Look up Local Earned Income Tax Return in Pennsylvania's form section.  Then click the box to activate the form once it populates the return.
