Balance Sheet out of balance due to excess of distributions

The balance sheet of an S corporation is out of balance for the excess of distributions. These distributions are recorded on Schedule D. I need help on working on Schedule D and balancing Schedule L.

You don't put the 'excess' distributions on the F 1120-S/Sch D.

That info is entered on the F 1040.  And may/may not be adjusted if there is outside basis.
