AutoRenew didn't happen

My dashboard has said that "your software will be available for use in early November", but when I tried to install 2024, it said my license has expired, so I can't download the software. What do I do?

If you open up your 2023 program, under one of the tabs at the top of the page there is the option to download the next year program.  Try going that route to see if you have better luck.
