attaching form 1116B

online help said you do not need to attach form 1116B for 2023, but the review states it should be attached and gives the instructions you had to follow for previous years. The "Type" no longer lists the 1116. This return was rejected last year for this very issue. Just want to be sure it is not required and will not be rejected. Assume you attach nothing?
