Arkansas IRA Deduction

Arkansas is only allowing a $7,000 IRA deduction when the limit for my client over 50 years of age is eligible for $7,500. I could not find a $7,000 limit in the instructions and my client has not reached the AGI phase-out. Thank you in advance!

look at Arkansas dept of revenue - i think it is limited - I googled your question and ended up on the state page

I also went there, but I only see mention of the phase-out in the instructions, no separate limit for Arkansas, still searching.....
