Anyone else having an issue with client status not showing the most recent status update??
Hey Proseries Community!
We've noticed that "client status" doesn't always show the most up to date status for clients in the homebase view. For example it may still say "to client" as someones status but since then that client has been e-filed and accepted. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a way to show the actual most up to date status for all clients including extensions and e-file status?
