Annoying e Signature Pop up ad. How do I stop it?

How do I stop this Annoying ad- E signature ad? I will give Pro series survey = 0. if they keep doing this.

      I went back and forth from my HomeBase view to EF center.  Each time in EF Center I closed the ESignature screen.  After approximately 10 times I got a pop up question asking if I want to keep it closed.    Silly to have to play that game but it does work.

        They put that up every year, just in case you changed your mind from last year.  Eventually it evidently gets tired and goes to sleep.

          so true I hate it. I complained on survey but it limit is 500 words. NOT enough for me
