An e-filed form status shows "Received by Intuit" for several days. Many others filed days after have been accepted by the IRS. How can I correct this?

Does using the Form 5695 for Energy Credits hold up the transmission to the IRS of the clients return? The EF Status says Received by Intuit for several days now.

Yes, something is weird with the form, the most recent update made more changes to it, I think those ones that are stuck at Intuit will eventually get rejected so they can be updated....Im not sure if they have it right yet or not.

Yes that form updates after the 14th of this month.   See if it gets rejected, then update your program and resubmit.

Was it one that was stuck for many days? or did it just get filed the last day or two?

I transmitted a new 5695 today and it was accepted. I still have one stuck since Feb 4. I hope they reject it so I can re transmit.
