After reinstalling 2025 ProSeries Basic, I am receiving error message: File I/O Error 113. How do I clear this?

After reinstalling ProSeries Basic, I am receiving error message:

File I/O Error 113; For more information or help, please go to www.proseries.com/support.

How do I clear this?

Actually, I uninstalled all products correctly and then I was able to reinstall.  It is now working.
