I cannot access the return id submission.  Every time I click on it the program freezes.  This feature worked until March 18.  I have installed and uninstalled windows updates since then and called Proseries.  No one has any idea why this is a problem.

I'll be honest, Ive never once clicked on the submission ID so I have no clue what would happen if I did (and Im at home now, so I dont have anything to test it on)...what are you trying to accomplish?

If you highlight the file in the EFcenter and hit F12, you'll find a list of different EFiling Reports, many of them will contain the submission ID for that client, does the F12 button lock everything up as well?
