I entered the amount on the capital gain adjustment form and nothing in the return changed.  I forced Sch D my adjusting the cost basis but still not showing on sch B.

As a follow up, I did a 2nd brokerage account for same client and it worked perfectly.    I deleted the first one and redid it and its still is not working.

doesnt the adjustment show up on Sch B?

There’s a worksheet you have to open be double clicking on the sch d entry to enter AMD… it will transfer to Sch B

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
