Accrued Interest Paid on Purchases

My client inherited investments from her sister.  On the form it lists Accrued interest paid on purchases and a dollar amount.  Can I deduct that anywhere?  Thank you.

The adjustment is made on Sch B. You’ll find it on the interest worksheet… drill down on the entry
