Accountant's Trial Balance import feature is broken by some update to the 2024 software.
Once again, the Trial Balance Import feature of the ProSeries business software is not working. It had been working fine all year, but when I tried to use it on a November FYE return, I discovered that it is not working. I've tried all the troubleshooting available to deal with it, but I suspect someone has mindlessly broken the code in a recent update. I wonder if it is also broken in the 2025 software. Am I the only one who still uses this valuable feature?
