Question

accidentally indicated an individual return had a foreign account. Now can't seem to remove a Form 114 that the individual should not have attached to her return.

I tested this by answering yes to foreign account questions on Schedule B.  Form 114 does not populate though.  I do not think that form is actually part of the 1040 program.  What if you check No to the foreign account questions?

    From within the Client file   

    File > Remove City/State and 114 will be listed in there.
