A problem occurred during installation

Has anyone encountered this error when trying to install Proseries 2024 from download?  I've updated 2023.

A problem occurred during installation.  The process cannot access the file D:\Prowin24\appdata\UninstallReg.xml because it is being used by another process

Hit ctrl-alt-delete to open up your task manager.  Shut down any Intuit related programs that might be running and try the download again.

    Thanks Slava.  It was one of the ProSeries tasks bungling it up.  I believe it was the Uninstallers task.
