990 Form not installing even though checked
Can't get 990 form to install in the 2025 version of Proseries. Support told me that is because it won't be ready until 1/23/26. I have been using Proseries over 15 years and never had the installer not put the form on the hard drive as a placeholder even if the forms were not available to file. It is an installer issue as the installer won't let me remove or select any additional forms either. This is a technical install issue and mayber there are conflicting software issues? I am getting a box that pops up saying there is another component in use please try again later. After clicking retry about 5-9 times it goes away and the software opens. Will try installing on a different "new" machine to see if the issue is because I used the Install Next Year's product. Never used that in the past and maybe that is why no problem in the past.
