8824 Multi Asset and Multi Property Exhance
I recently submitted two 1040’s that included an 8824 with substantial overrides one was a multi asset exchange and the other was a multi property exchange. The multi asset exchange bounced from the IRS because Pro Series was apparently not including the 8824 in the payload to the IRS. Now I am concerned that my other return may not have had the 8824 included with the payload even though it was accepted. Has anyone had experience with this. Specifically is it possible for proseries to confirm what was sent. When I call support they just tell me if it prints in print preview then it is included in what was sent but I am very skeptical. Thanks for any help!
