529 transfer to a Roth IRA

I have a client that transferred $7,000 from his 529 account to a ROTH IRA, he meets all of the qualifications. I am getting an error message that the software isn't updated to support this, anyone aware of any time frame to this update?  Anyone else having this issue, just want to make sure I am not missing a checkbox or something. If there is not going to be a timely update, anyone have a workaround suggestion? Thanks, Dan

From Intuit:

"The IRS instruction for reporting information on form 1099-Q tell us to only report information related to taxable transactions.  Therefore, the best way to handle this nontaxable transaction is to not report it"

Not to be a jerk, but the error says that the software has not yet been updated to handle this type of transaction, implying that it eventually will be updated.  Maybe it would make sense to change the error message????
