40k SALT tax limitation

Is there or is there not, a 500,000 agi limit on the 40k SALT increase?  A phase out that occurs when you hit 500k AGI?

There's a phaseout starting at MAGI = 500K.  It reduces the SALT deduction to floor of 10K when MAGI reaches 600k.  I assume (hope) the software will handle it but my higher income earners haven't come in yet... so I'm expecting someone else will be the guinea pig.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
