4--1 Error and Name Wrong on my Product

I have had no luck resolving my 4--1 error for licensing my product.  I just saw on my order my last name is incorrect could this be causing this problem and how do I get in touch with someone to fix this if so. My name is incorrect when I go into my products and billing.
