3115 Part II 6a error

We are receiving an error on form 3115 Part II line 6a "Does the applicant have any federal tax return(s) under examination. It just turns red. No pop up on what is wrong. Lines 6b, 6c and 6d are not populated.  Running through Error Check says "Form 3115, p1-3: Line 6a yes box must be entered.." This is incorrect. Please advise if there is an update coming to fix.
