25 year old tp claimed on parent's marketplace insurance

Return rejected for electronic filing; IRS wants form 8962.  Although tp's parents don't claim her as a dependent on their tax return, they claim her on their insurance.  How is this

I may have found answer to my question; have resubmitted for electronic filing with my fingers crosseed.

    What is your situation?  Generally, both the parents and the non-dependent need to enter the 1095-A, and fill in the "allocation" section.
