2025 Form 8283 (Donations $500+)

My 2025 Form 8283 is not generating.  My clients noncash contributions exceed $500. Is the form not readily available or am I doing something wrong? The form normally automatically generates but not this time.

The forms release dates page shows its not ready until the 28th,  maybe its not even in the software?  I couldn't even open one to look at it.   Wait and see what we get in the next update.

I wrote down important dates and a couple weeks ago the update on Form 8283 was 2/4.  I searched the tax form availability update dates and it does show 1/28.  However, I still am unable to view it in the software.  I will wait to see new updates through 2/4.

There has been an issue with form 8283 every year since around 2022.  It's huge inconvenience for me bc I use it in 90% of early filed returns.  So I'm just sitting here not earning money with no expectation of Intuit providing a specific update to a commonly used form that's ready in other software.

Just received an IRS reject because the Form 8283 was not automatically generated and attached to the return and e-file as it is supposed to.  I have run the latest update today prior to e-filing, so maybe the 2/4/26 update will have what we need to successfully e-file?

Unfortunately, we have to wait.  In another post someone wrote the update on the Form 8283 is not till 2/6.  We shall see.

2/1/26 PS latest update this a.m. fixed it as F8283 generates now for multiple non-cash charitable that totals over $500 and IRS accepted my original rejected return.

Thank you Intuit for fixing this!

I'm using ProSeries Basic, and form 8283 is not working. Isn't it available on Basic software ? If not, can i just attach that form with efile?
