2025 Colorado state return part year residence

Why is Colorado generating form 104AMT when theirs's no federal form 6251 attached to return? 

And if pre-populates a worksheet with amounts as if the federal 6251 was prepared and blank for the Colorado column.

So I enter zero's in the Colorado column, cause leaving them blank produces errors in the return.
