Question
2024 Oklahoma form 561 won't populate
My client sold 6 lots in oklahoma. They should be excluded from OK capital gains, but the form will not populate. It does populate from the 1040 to the top of 561, but when I check the box that excludes them, they should drop down and populate in the worksheet below. All boxes are checked but only 2 lots have dropped down and therefore on a portion of the excludable capital gain is reflected.
Any thoughts or work arounds?
