Is there a Template of the required 2024 709 notice of consent letter to be attached to the 709 return

No.

There are two separate returns being filed by these people. Both are signing the tax return, just like any other. Each return is acknowledging this at line 19 with a yes and completing Part III with the corresponding spouse information.

There is no "Notice of Consent" statement / form in Proseries 709 when splitting gifts between a husband & a spouse. It is a new requirement for 2024 709 Gift Tax return. However, there is consent form in Lacerte, both Intuit products. So why doesn't intuit product development put the Lacerte consent form in Proseries.
